That is normal: the installer is new and does not have a reputation with Microsoft yet. It is NOT a virus. To install it, follow these 2 steps:
The installer is verified virus-free (VirusTotal). As more people install it, this warning goes away on its own.

How to install
Download the installer
Grab the file and run it. If Windows warns you, choose "More info → Run anyway".
Install
Follow the wizard. The client already points to the RuneRift servers — nothing to configure.
Log in and play
Open RuneRift, log in with your account and pick your hero. The arena is waiting.
RuneRift is 100% free. We will never ask you to pay to play or for any competitive advantage.
